General Ordering and Payment Policies
Orders require payment in full before your order will be made. Down payments on large orders can not be refunded after 24 hours should you decide to cancel your order. Please be sure upon ordering you will not need to cancel your order.
Orders submitted will be reviewed, usually within 24. If there is any problem, such as fabric selections, you will be notified immediately. You will always have the choice of a different fabric selection, refund of that item/order. Shipping & Handling fees are calculated by weigh. Handling fees are determined per order and generally do not exceed $3.00 on our largest orders to help us cover box costs. Payments in installments are no longer accepted as of 1-1-2012.
Season Memo: shipping - to help us meet the demands October thru January, orders will go out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Returned check fee $40.00 plus 10% of total.
Checks and Money Orders are accepted within the United States in US funds, please allow 7-14 business days for checks to clear. Cash is accepted only for personal hand delivery or pick up (please have exact amount). Credit / Debit cards are processed thru paypal which is our preferred method of payment (no account needed).
Student discounts and out of country discounts are not given.
Rescues who order from us will no longer be given discounts per order. Please see our Donations Program to be included with further donations.
Fabric prints and reserving of fabrics. Only orders that are paid in full will have the choice fabrics that are available reserved for their order. No fabrics will be withheld for any other requests. All fabrics are on first come basis.
Monthly sales are honored by date ordered and by time stamp on order submission. No exceptions.
Tip - if a special one day sale event is happening and you don't get paid for 3 more days, pay by "check" and send in your payment the old fashion way.
