Capes are made with cotton and/or fleece, depending on your desires. Velcro or elastic (your preference) is used around the neck area to place cape on your pet. Ties may also be used, we recommend ties for dog sizes only.
Coats are made with a variety of fabrics depending on your needs with a warm fleece lining and 2-3 Velcro placements (style depending) to secure coat on to your pet.

Custom Cape Design:

Only 2 measurements are needed for Capes (chest and length), while Coats require 3 measurements. When measuring, make sure you can easily slip two fingers together under your measuring devise.
As like humans, getting that right fit in a "one fits all" size is not always possible. For this reason we do request the measurements for coats to get the best fit and coverage possible. Waist measurement is not necessary for capes and you may purchase extra Velcro if needed for voluptuous waist dogs.
Coat extenders are also available for the young growing dogs and those wishing 2-in-1 short/long coats. Please contact us when considering this so we may explain further. Cost is generally 2-10 dollars extra, size depending.
Waist sizes vary from dog to dog and will not be listed below.
Toy/Miniature: Length 6" - 9", Chest 11" - 13"
Small: Length 9" - 11", Chest 13" - 15"
Medium: Length 11" - 13", Chest 15" - 17"
Large: Length 13" - 15", Chest 17" - 19"
X-Large Length 15" x 17", Chest 19" x 21"
Sizes are listed for a pricing guide. Coats will be made to your dogs unique size.
>>Fitting should not be snug. If you can not place 1-2 fingers easily under with no difficulty, then it is to tight and needs adjusting.
>>Please remember to always supervise your pets while capes are worn and never make them wear when pet clearly shows distress. Capes for small animals should never be left on while the animal is not attended, even for a quick minute. Cape use for all size animals is purely for fun and should not be used for any other reason.
Surgery wraps are available by custom order only at this time. These wraps help protect surgery areas without the need for annoying cones. Please inquire for this item.
